      Sure enough, Mrs. Bee huffed and puffled with doubled intensity. As the identical babes lay nestled in her arms, she looked up at her husband in both exhaustion and bliss. George ran a gentle finger across each baby's cheek. "Darling, they look just like you."

      Elizabeth Bee suggested Georgia and Georgina as names for the twins, but Daddy George insisted that his wife's name be honored again.
       "Oh, George," she cried, "We already have a Baby Elizabeth." His brown eyes caressed her to the relenting point. Betsy and Bitsy read the birth certificates. 
      Mister Bee left his factory foreman position, took a computer class through the local technical school, and doubled his earning position to support the family of five. Together, the couple cleaned and pampered and loved. 
      The nurses raised eyebrows to see Mrs. Bee back huffing and puffing so soon. This time, the perfect babe was a boy. As her husband and three tiny daughters peered into the hospital bed, rosy-faced Elizabeth declared, "This one shall be named George." Mr. Bee flushed with pride. But as he held the squirming bundle and saw the baby's curved earlobe, his wife's lineage radiated through. 
     "Eli Z. Bert," George declared. Even though Mrs. Bee laughed and shook her head dismissively, poor Eli Bee would be teased for the rest of his life over a name pronounced just like his mother's.
